4th of July BBQ - we had quite a spread thanks to my dad! I made the bean salad:
- black beans
- pinto beans
- tomatoes
- corn
- cilantro
- salsa
- cumin
- sea salt
- lime
Delicious with tortilla chips or by itself, and only takes 10 minutes to make! My parents always request this salad when I come home to visit - its a favorite.
